General On-site Support $120/hour

For a simple hourly rate, we can come out to you and take care of all of your needs. Whether you need help setting up a new WiFi router or caught a computer virus, we have the skills and experience to get you up and running as quickly as possible.

Monthly Maintenance $15/PC/month ($10/PC/month each additional)

With the StormSoft Monthly Maintenance Plan, help is simply a phone call away. No longer do you have to unplug everything and bring your computer to the PC shop only to be charged an arm and a leg just to have a squad of inexperienced geeks change one setting and call it “fixed”. At StormSoft, we can fix most issues remotely and when needed, we’ll come to you. We’ll treat your computer with respect as we fix the problem at hand and also point out anything that might become a problem if left unchecked. Our goal is to keep you running so that you never need us, but if you do, we’ll always be there.

• Backup Solution Required – no matter what happens, the most important thing is that you have a good backup of your data. We require all of our clients to have some backup plan in place whether it is through us, a 3rd party, or even just a manual copy of everything to a flash drive.
