For a simple hourly rate, we can come out to you and take care of all of your needs. Whether you need help setting up a network printer or an employee has caught a computer virus, we have the skills and experience to get you up and running as quickly as possible.

Whether you are just starting out and need a new network built from the ground up or if you already have an established network, we can develop a plan to get you where you need to be as quickly and economically as possible. In some cases we may be able to propose multiple solutions allowing you to choose what works best for you and your budget. We will also work with you to determine what new technologies could make your business run better and more efficiently. We know what is important to businesses – the bottom line. Our goal is to create and maintain a network environment for your users that provides the most availability and reliability so that they can be the most productive which ultimately adds to your bottom line.


Monthly Maintenance $20/user/month

When developing a maintenance plan for a business network, there are many things to consider – how many PC’s, what type of PC’s, network printers, servers, etc., etc. Our plans focus on the one thing common to all networks no matter the size – people. Everything that exists on a network is there so people can use it. We have designed our scalable maintenance plans around the user element.   • Backup Solution Required - no matter what happens, the most important thing is that you have a good backup of your data. We require all of our clients to have some backup plan in place whether it is through us, a 3rd party, or even just a manual copy of everything to an external hard drive.

How it works...

Thanks to our partnership with LogMeIn, we are able to utilize their remote access software to securely administer every workstation and server on your network. This allows us to respond quickly to issues by allowing us to see exactly what the user sees and even allows us to take control of the mouse and keyboard when needed. Be assured we will only connect to a PC when help is needed and the user always retains the ability to see the screen and control the keyboard and mouse at all times. If help is needed, simply give us a call and we will “remote in” to resolve the issue as quick as possible. If the issue hinders our ability to access the pc remotely (hardware/network failure, etc.), then we will schedule an on-site visit as quickly as possible – usually the same day. If you have servers on your network that we will be supporting, each server counts as one user (in addition to your actual users). The maintenance plan is designed to cover all maintenance/support for your entire network. Software support may be limited to what the software vendor provides depending on the title. We currently only support Windows based PCs.


Active Directory Support $5/user/month

Active Directory has many benefits like Managed Group Security, etc. If your network uses Active Directory, we can manage it for you with unlimited incidents < 15 minutes. On-site rate applies for large administration tasks that take longer than 15 minutes.


Exchange Support $5/user/month

Exchange can do so much more than serve e-mail. For example, shared contacts and calendars enable employees to work together much easier. If your network uses Exchange, either hosted or on-site, we can manage all of your mailboxes including public shared folders with unlimited incidents < 15 minutes. On-site rate applies for large administration tasks that take longer than 15 minutes.
